What we do:
(Our Mandate)
  • Organize the monthly meetings that cover a wide range of leading edge business and personal development topics.
  • Update the calendar of events on the Web site, develop event flyers and supply announcements for the monthly e-Newsletter.
  • Provide a forum for networking, the exchange of ideas and the promotion of each other's businesses
     
What we've been up to:
  • The committee continues to deliver the exciting calendar of events for 2007-2008 created last fall.
  • We are developing relationships with key venues to ensure cost effective events.
  • We engage high-profile speakers for our monthly events, often using WBN member speakers.
  • We are constantly thinking of ways to provide opportunities for creative networking.
  • We are currently thinking up special summer event to maximize our enjoyment of good Ottawa weather.

When we meet:
Date: Monthly - Last Monday of every month
Time: 5:30 pm
Duration: About 2 hours (we enjoy munchies and drinks while we conduct business and socialize!)
Location: Pub Italia
