The membership committee members are responsible for calling all new potential members who submit applications. A brief interview follows, and if the candidate meets the criteria, the applicant's information is reviewed by the committee and approved. Once reviewed, the committee chair will present the candidate to the board for final approval. It's a fun way to get to know our new members and help welcome them to the WBN.

• Ambassador Program - Meet and greet new members at events
• New Member's Breakfast - Held once every two months, allows new members to meet each other and existing members. Breakfast limited to 18 people, and one new member is the guest speaker.
• Follow Up with New Members - The membership committee will be calling all new members from the past 6 months to ensure that their membership expectations are being met.
