Membership Benefit – Guaranteed Issue Disability Insurance

The WBN is pleased to offer our members an opportunity to obtain a personal disability insurance plan on a guaranteed issue basis designed just for them. The plan features a guaranteed issue portion for injury with 24-hour coverage and a simplified application portion for sickness. Included in the plan is a partial disability benefit feature. There is NO financial underwriting required at application time.

The base plan offers a two-year benefit period that can be extended to five years or to age 65.

Additional unique features:
